Mondays - Thursdays

  •  “Free” Lunch Program - 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at 105 N. Fourth Street in Sturgis - Open to Everyone

Mondays (Twice a month)

  • Women Empowering Women  -  Is for ladies of all ages and stages in their life who need support and empowerment in
    connecting with other women. You will find caring friends who will share in your laughter and joys, as well as the frustrations and tears that being a women can bring. Program - 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.  Fellowship time follows from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Do not have childcare? Bring your children and let them be entertained and learn about Jesus through games, crafts, and prayer.

Tuesdays

  • Character Building Youth Program - The Salvation Army understands the importance of our youth today. That  developing our youth today will make strong leaders for tomorrow.  The programs help them to learn about christian principles and develop strong character. Boys & girls ages 4-17 participate in prayer,  dinner, and character building (troop activities). Troops: Moonbeams (boys & girls ages 4-5), Explorers (boys in grades 1-5) & Rangers (boys in grades 6-12). 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesdays

  • Women’s Ministry - at 105 N. Fourth Street in Sturgis - Women’s Ministry meets every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00p.m. with lunch being served.  Women’s Ministry is four-fold; Worship, Fellowship, Service, and Education. The ladies go on special events, do service projects throughout the community, and visit seniors at nine Nursing Homes.
  • Character Building Youth Program -  The Salvation Army understands the importance of our youth today.  That developing our youth today will make strong leaders for tomorrow.  The programs help them to learn about christian principles and develop strong character. Girls ages 6-17 participate in prayer, dinner, and character building (troop activities). Troops: Sunbeams (grades 1-5) & Girl Guards (grades 6-12) 5:30 – 6:45 p.m
  • Singing Company - Music has a long, rich history in The Salvation Army and plays an important role in worship. In Singing Company, youth learn and perform songs that teach them the truths found in God's word while joyfully praising Him through music.  Singing Company is for children in grades 1-12.  6:45 – 7:15 p.m.

 

 

April 22

 

  • Women’s Ministries  - Women meet for lunch, have special events, do service projects, and visit seniors at nine Nursing Homes. Fellowship - Movie Day in Coldwater. 11:30 - 1:00 p.m.
  • Character Building Youth Program - Children ages 6-17 participate in prayer, dinner and Troop Activities for  Sunbeams and Girl Guards. 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.
  • Singing Company - Youth learn and perform songs that teach them the truths found in God's word while joyfully praising Him through music.  Singing Company is for children in grades 1-12.  6:45 – 7:15 p.m.

 

April 24

 

  • Free Health Clinic @ The Salvation Army - Access to Health, Vision, Dental, Mental Health services, Insurance enrollment, Transportation assistance, Se hablo Espanol.  9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

 

April 24-26

 

  • Youth Councils - at the South Bend Kroc Center.  Youth Ages 13-29. Cost: $85 (includes lodging). Registration deadline: March 18th. (Fund-raising assisted to help off set cost).

 

April 28

 

  • Character Building Youth Program - Children ages 4-17 participate in prayer, dinner and Troop Activities for Explorers, Moonbeams and Rangers.  5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

 

April 29

  • Women’s Ministries  - Women meet for lunch, have special events, do service projects, and visit seniors at nine Nursing Homes. Service - Cleaning Day at Church Member's House. 11:30 - 1:00 p.m.
  • Character Building Youth Program - Children ages 6-17 participate in prayer, dinner and Troop Activities for  Sunbeams and Girl Guards. 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.
  • Singing Company - Youth learn and perform songs that teach them the truths found in God's word while joyfully praising Him through music.  Singing Company is for children in grades 1-12.  6:45 – 7:15 p.

 

May 4

Bring your children and let them be entertained and learn about Jesus through games, crafts, and prayer.

  • Character Building Youth Program - Children ages 4-17 participate in prayer, dinner and Troop Activities for Explorers, Moonbeams and Rangers.  5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

 

May 6
